DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Area:

We only ship within the United Kingdom.
  
Despatch Time:We aim to ship goods within 24 hours of receiving an order (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Should your item(s) not be in stock, we will notify you by e-mail and give you a revised delivery schedule.
  
Delivery Method:Royal Mail or courier, depending on size/weight.
  
Additional Details:Wherever possible, please supply a delivery address where there is likely to be someone at home, or else indicate where the parcel can be left, e.g. with neighbour, in garage, etc.
  
 Also, when checking out, you can specify an alternative delivery address, such as your place of work.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE

We are confident that shopping with your credit card is 100% safe and hope that you feel comfortable doing so on our site.
However, if you prefer, you can pay by cheque, but you should be aware that despatch of your order will be delayed until the cheque has cleared into our bank.Cheques should be made payable to: Flora and sent to us, with details of your order, at this address:-

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Should any item be found, on delivery, to be damaged or faulty you can return it to us and we will provide a full refund, including shipping charges. If you wish to return an item which is neither damaged nor faulty, you may do so within 7 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the item. In this case, you will be responsible for the return delivery costs. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Before returning goods, we would be obliged if you would contact us first, either by telephone: 01625 423957,or by email: info@florahomefurnishings.co.uk.
